I am an actively engaged, fit Mom and a tertiary student in law with a career in fitness, nutrition and wellbeing. These pursuits successfully complement each other. My activities stimulate my brain and facilitate the cognitive application so valuable for my law studies. My health and nutrition knowledge fuels up my body and assists to nurture my children.
Being a mother is central to my life, the growth and development of my children is a major focus, this is enhanced through the nutrition and activity pathway I have woven into our lives.My children value the activities I do and value my knowledge of nutrition as it supports their development. They learn from being an integral part of my activities as they develop strategies and tools to assist with their lives. They see me as a role model.
The activities I'm involved in keeps me motivated and are beneficial for my children, my input is valued in my legal life because I’m involved in array of activities.
My mantra is and always has been “Do what you love, love what you do”, I focus on being present in every moment and mindful of life balance.
